Our History
2001 - 2017
POST ACUTE TECHNOLOGISTS
Our founding team has over 40 combined years of experience in post acute technology co-founding, growing, and leading national home care software and service brands such as MatrixCare, Sandata, and Mobile Health. We founded CareConnect on principles of bringing deep experience, insights, and innovative problem solving to the home care industry. We believe we must aggressively advance caregiver-enablement and human capital focused technology to help us meet the growing and complex market demands of today and tomorrow.
2017 - 2018
CARECONNECT - LAUNCH
Launched in 2017 in partnership with our sister company, Mobile Health Occupational Health & Employee Screening, we spent the majority of 2017 and 2018 building our base CareConnect product and bringing it to market with our early agency adopters [and caregivers]. Upon receiving strong feedback and validating fit, we shifted our focus to solidifying our product roadmap, quantifying our value proposition, and deploying CareConnect to more eagerly awaiting agencies.
2019 - 2020
CARECONNECT - SCALE
In 2019 we continued to evangelize our thought leadership and educate the market on the necessity of enabling and building a culture around developing Caregiver human capital using our modern, focused, best-of-breed technology and methodologies. At the same time, we continued to grow our client base, strengthen our leadership team with the addition Michael Gelman - a former Executive at SigmaCare (acquired by MatrixCare), build up our operations team, and develop strategic partnerships with leading agency management and EMR software products.
